Weekly workouts

Join CMS! You must be a member of CMS in order to participate in CMS workouts and official club events.

Weekly Club Workouts – Summer 2016: 

Mondays – “C” group ride. Meet in the back parking lot of Dorchester County YMCA for 6:00pm departure. This is a true “no drop” ride with an average speed of ~13mph.
Tuesdays – “A” and “B” group rides. Meet in the back parking lot of Dorchester County YMCA for 6:00pm departure. “A” Group will have an average speed of 20+mph while the “B” Group will have an average speed of 16-18 mph.
Tuesdays – Track workout @ Cambridge South Dorchester HS outdoor track at 5:15am. Currently offering a 10-week training program between 6/21 to 8/23. All abilities welcome!
Wednesdays – Swim workout @ Dorchester County YMCA at 6:30 PM (or Choptank River in season)
Saturdays – “Beta” group ride – a “no-drop” ride somewhere between a “B” and “C” group ride. Typical speeds between 13-18 mph. Typically, meet at 6 Jenkins Creek Rd for 7:15am departure. Departure location varies during warmer months, check emails for details.
Sundays – Long/Slow Distance run – Meet at Dorchester County YMCA front parking lot (7:00 am; distance TBD)  All abilities and distances welcome!
